Downloading RAID Drivers
CHECK YOUR CPU SOCKET!
First, you must download the RAID drivers for your corresponding CPU socket. It's crucial you download the correct drivers, otherwise you won't be able to complete your reinstall!
To enable RAID mode, follow these steps:
Enter BIOS:
Restart your computer and spam F2 or DEL.
Configure CSM and UEFI:
Set CSM to Disabled .
If you don't have CSM , ensure UEFI is enabled.
Configure NVMe and SATA Mode:
If NVMe is not present, make sure SATA mode is configured.
Set NVMe Mode to [RAID Mode].
Set SATA Mode/Controller to [RAID Mode].
Note: This may also be referred to as AHCI .
Final Steps:
Save the changes and restart your computer.
Enter the BIOS again to verify the settings.
You have successfully enabled RAID mode.
Back in the BIOS locate following option: RAIDXpert2 in the Advanced tab
In the RAIDXpert2 menu do the following:
Enter Manage Arrays / Array Management.
Select Delete Arrays
Select ALL disks
Confirm to delete
If successful it will say: No more disks to delete!
In RAIDXpert2 navigate to Manage Arrays / Array Management -> Create Array.
Create a VOLUME array for each individual disk.
ALL disks must have an array by the end.
When prompted Where do you want to install Windows?, click Load driver.
Navigate to the AM4/AM5 folder on the USB stick:
Select folder 1 to load the driver.
For NVMe configuration(s), choose either NVMe_CC or NVMe_DID.
If using Windows 11, select folder W11; otherwise, choose W10
.
Repeat for folders 2 and 3.
If there are duplicates, only load one.
Press Refresh
Choose the disk where you want to install Windows and click Next.
If it does not allow you to install due to GPT/MBR issues:
Press SHIFT + F10 .
Type diskpart
Then, type list disk
Type select disk x, where x is every drive that is not your USB.
Type clean, then convert gpt . Repeat for other disks.
Bypass Network Setup
Disconnect your ethernet (if used) as soon as you are in Windows setup (after installation).
Then, press SHIFT + F10 and type oobe\bypassnro.
When prompted to connect to WiFi, skip
